ELISTON EASTER FUN COLOURING COMPETITION

Easter is just before us, and we thought it would be fantastic if we had an Eliston Easter Colouring Competition for all our amazing community to participate in.

Entries are officially open, April 4^th, 2022, and will close on April 14th, 2022, and we are certain that all the entries will generate some creative, fun and exciting images.

And… don’t forget, you are not just limited to colouring only! If you have glitter add it, if you have sequins or coloured rice, we want to see them. Get the whole family involved and have some fun with it.

How To Enter

To enter, all you have to do is follow the below easy steps to complete your entry:

1. Download the colouring sheet PDF from the Eliston Easter email or post on the Eliston Residents Facebook page
2. Upload a photo of your child/ren’s colouring sheet and email to [email protected]

Prizes to be Won 

Three lucky winners will be awarded a $50 gift voucher to Coles Supermarkets.

Prizes will be delivered electronically for the most creative and/or by best effort displayed.

Who can enter?

Entrants are required to live in the state of Victoria and be over the age of 18 years old. You may only enter your own child, grandchild or be the legal guardian, and must be, or have the approval of, each of the Entered Child’s parents and/or legal guardians.

Entrants may enter multiple children or grandchildren, as part of the entry, but each child will be judged individually.

Eliston Easter Colouring Competition – Terms & Conditions

Eliston Easter Colouring Competition (Promotion) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Promoter

The Promoter is National Pacific Properties Twyford Road Pty Ltd ABN 58 603 756 654 of Level 1, 100 Franklin Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (Promoter). The development is known as ‘Eliston’ at 16-22 Waterman Drive, Clyde VIC 3978 (Development).

Terms and Conditions of entry

By downloading the colouring sheet from the EDM/social post via link, the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions of entry.

Who can enter?

This promotion is governed by the laws of state of Victoria, and Australia. Applications are open to all those over the age of 18 and reside in VIC.

Entrants may only enter their own child or grandchild, and must be, or have the approval of, each of the Entered Child’s parents and/or legal guardians.

Entrants may enter multiple children or grandchildren, as part of the entry, but each child will be judged individually.

The following are not eligible participate;

• Employees of Eliston and/or National Pacific Properties Twyford Rd Pty Ltd, as well as their immediate families
• Are not a resident of Eliston and/or not a registered party on Eliston database.

Any eligible entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win

How to enter?

Entrants must complete the below steps to complete your entry

2. Upload a photo of your child/ren’s colouring sheet and email to [email protected]

By entering entrants agree to the following conditions

• They will apply with relevant laws and not submit any material (Content) that is unlawful or fraudulent or that may be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, politically incorrect, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, racist, ageist, sexist, objectionable with respect to religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children, or otherwise unsuitable for publication in the context of this competition.
• They will only submit Content which they have personally created or have the right to submit.
• They have the approval of all parents and/or legal guardians of the Entered Child.
• They will indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach these Conditions of Entry.
• They acknowledge and agree that National Pacific Properties Twyford Rd Pty Ltd have the rights to publish the entry photos in any medium including National Pacific Properties Twyford Rd Pty Ltd marketing material or reports, including social media, Eliston Website, National Pacific Properties Twyford Rd Pty Ltd website, brochures or newspapers.

Promotional Period

Entries open Monday 4^th April at 9am (AEST) and close Thursday, 14th April 2022 at 5.00pm (AEST). Any entries received after the close date will not be considered.

The following prizes are available:

Three (3) recipients will receive the advertised prizes. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

Judging the applications

The recipient will be judged by National Pacific Properties Twyford Rd Pty Ltd representatives, based on the judge’s opinions as to the most creative and/or by best effort displayed. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

Contacting final recipients

The recipients will be notified by 4pm (AEST) on Tuesday 19th April 2022 via email. The email will invite the recipient to confirm an email address to arrange the delivery of the digital voucher prize. The successful recipients have until Tuesday 26^th April 2022 to contact National Pacific Properties Twyford Rd Pty Ltd to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize by Tuesday 26^th April 2022 means the terms of the prize will lapse and new recipients will be selected.

The Promotion is operated by National Pacific Properties Twyford Road Pty Ltd ABN 58 603 756 654 (we, us or our). Successful recipients acknowledge and agree that National Pacific Properties Twyford Road Pty Ltd may publish the details and entry photos of the successful recipient in National Pacific Properties Twyford Road Pty Ltd marketing material or reports, including social media, Eliston website, National Pacific Properties Twyford Road Pty Ltd website, brochures or newspapers.

General

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from an eligible entrant winning a prize in the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss revenue or profit) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize offered in the Promotion. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves its right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations.
