Stage 2 & Stage 3 construction completed

The Eliston team are delighted to confirm that construction has now reached practical completion for Harvest Parkside Release (stage 2) and Selino Parkside Release (stage 3), and that a Statement of Compliance from Council will now be sought. We are approximately 6 weeks away from plan registration (titling), with settlement anticipated to occur in mid to late Feb.

This is another significant milestone for Eliston and we’re excited that even more of our residents can now look forward to settlement and commencing to build their dream home.

We are very thankful for that so many families have chosen to call Eliston their new home and look forward to seeing our neighbourhood flourish.
