Whats On In Clyde – November

October 30, 2020 in News

WELCOME TO NOVEMBER!

After a long, arduous journey cooped up in our homes, we are thrilled to be able to properly get out and enjoy the outdoors, eat out at a restaurant, have a spot of retail therapy and most importantly, support local businesses again, all while still being mindful of the restrictions in place.

So, this month we have put together a list of fun things you can enjoy outside of your homes as we step into the festive season and get socialising in the great outdoors.

Also, we love seeing what you’re up to around Eliston and this includes the Halloween competition we have on at the moment too, so make sure to share your adventures and fun by tagging us on Facebook or Instagram.

Have a fantastic month ahead!

Take A Beautiful Walk Through The Royal Botanic Gardens – Cranbourne

Cranbourne Gardens is one of Victoria’s most precious areas of native bushland and home to an amazing range of plants and wildlife.

In fact, more than 400 plant species provide food and habitat for over 150 bird species and more than 20 mammals, including koalas, wallabies and the nationally endangered southern brown bandicoots.

In the heart of the bushland, discover the stunning Australian Garden and soak in the beauty and diversity of Australian flora that reflect the true essence of the Australian landscape.

Stop Of For Some Brunch At Deoro & Co

If you haven’t had the pleasure of visiting Deoro & Co yet, then you don’t know what you are missing.

This cafe ticks all the boxes and there’s something for every taste-bud – even the little ones have their own menu.

The food is colourful and bright, immaculately presented and tastes as good as it looks!

And, judging by the reviews, we can highly recommend the zucchini fritters and vegie burger, they are apparently amazing.

There are also plenty of healthy items on the menu, including smoothies and fresh juices, and for the sweet tooths, there are some decadent offerings like Nutella waffles and salted caramel hotcakes.

However, the best bit about this cafe is that it is incredibly spacious.
There’s seating indoors and out and down the side; with loads of open grass space for kids to run around – socially distanced of course.

There is also a fabulous park that backs on to the cafe, with a bike path, sandpit, flying fox, slide and climbing obstacles.

Perfect for the whole family to enjoy!
